BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT:    A provisional reservation made by telephone, fax or email will be held for 7 days to enable the deposit and booking form to reach us. The deposit of £150 acts as a security bond during the time of the rental and will be returned in full, once a satisfactory report has been received from our management company.  Any breakages or damage must be reported to our agent in Florida.

PAYMENT:    The full amount of the rental is payable 8 weeks before the planned departure date and is in addition to the refundable deposit.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION:    Every effort will be made to accommodate any changes you may wish to make, but must be confirmed in writing.  If a cancellation is unavoidable, this will be actioned on receipt of a letter or fax detailing the cancellation and a charge will be levied on the following notice period:

More than 8 weeks before departure date…………………………………………Deposit only

Between 5 & 8 weeks before departure date….………………………………………50% of total cost

Less than 5 weeks before departure date………………………………………….100% of total cost.

INSURANCE:    No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss, damage or injury to the client, his party or their belongings, so we recommend that full insurance including cancellation insurance, is taken out at the time of making your booking.

POOL:    We cannot guarantee the temperature of the heated pool as this will vary according to several factors, the main one being the prevailing weather conditions.  No liability or responsibility is accepted for injury or death howsoever caused as a result of use of the pool and surrounding areas.

Children are NOT allowed in the pool without adult supervision, the alarm on the pool door should always be set.

OCCUPANCY:    The rental period commences at 4pm local time on the day of arrival and the home must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

Only the number of persons listed on the booking form are allowed to stay in the house, any others will be asked to leave.

The accommodation is offered for holiday purposes only and in no circumstances shall the contract be interpreted as a furnished letting agreement.

FORCE MAJEURE:    No responsibility or liability is accepted for loss, damage or changes caused by force majeurs (e.g. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or other events beyond our control). However, all possible assistance will be given to minimize any problems and where possible alternative accommodation offered.

THE SIGNING OF THE BOOKING FORM CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS AND SHALL BE A WARRANTY THAT HE/SHE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ACT ON BEHALF OF ALL PERSONS NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM.
