The electrically heated pool is 30feet x 15 feet and has electric heating if required. On a large plot and backing on to a conservation area (not overlooked) the Villa is ideal for a relaxing time after visits to the Parks or Shopping.
Sunridge Woods is a quiet community with
an active home owners association that ensures that the area is well maintained
and clean. Golf is available at Champions Gate or Reunion (within 2
miles). The pool is cleaned weekly and the Property Management Company (VIP
Vacations) ensures that the home is always cleaned and ready for
occupation. Altogether it is a real home away from
home. There is always a welcome on the mat!!
