WELCOME TO OUR 3 BEDROOM HOLIDAY VILLA

Larger than average electrically heated swimming pool allows all year bathing. 15ft wide x 30ft long with wide steps into shallow end, it is 3ft deep dropping to 6 ft deep with submerged seat.

The screened enclosure eliminates the bugs and leaves, giving you a relaxing area for sunbathing and sitting out in the evening without troublesome insects.

The outside and underwater pool lighting make a lovely setting in the evening for supper on the deck. With comfortable loungers and covered lanai for daytime relaxation. Table and 6 dining chairs for meals al fresco.

The view from the pool and deck area overlooking the preserve is interesting as many birds and butterflies gather in this area, so take your binoculars and Florida bird book to make the most of it.  

The adjacent houses are some distance away so you can enjoy a high degree of privacy, relax and forget work!

The lounge has large patio doors opening onto the pool area (alarmed to warn if non swimmers or small children try to "escape" to the pool) making a light spacious room.

There are 2 large 3 seater comfortable sofas, side tables, lamps, silk plants and pictures. There is of course, a TV cabinet with cable TV, video, DVD Player and a small fiction library. (DVDs and videos can be rented from the local garage or the Management Company).

The lounge can also be used as a fourth bedroom with one sofa opening out into a double bed.
